Are products eligible for Refund/Exchange?

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. Our products are generally not eligible for standard return or exchange unless they fall under the exception of being damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Please refer to Our Returns and Exchanges Policy (Section 1) above. If a claim is approved for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, We will process a full refund.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved Claims: For approved claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the claim approval date.

  • Failed Online Transactions: For online transactions that fail but are charged, the refund is automatically processed back to the source account typically within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway.
