Delivery Method

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days and will typically be delivered within 20 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Shipping timelines are subject to courier company and postal service norms.

Delays & Liability

Marova Essence (Platform Owner) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Delivery confirmation of our services will be sent to your registered email address.

Shipping Charges

If there are any shipping cost(s) charged by the seller or the Platform Owner, these charges are non-refundable.
